It's time to get physical

physicalThe housemates have been given the Task of planning and executing their very own fitness regime, keeping in theme of this week's focus.

The Housemates found all the resources they need at their disposal, goals, soccer balls, rugby balls, posts, cones and a whistle in the garden.

The Head of House Mzamo took on his role as coach very seriously, cracking the whip and getting the House into a flurry of stretches, sit-ups and smiles. He compiled a flexible and fun 15 minute routine that had all the Housemates in a great mood, working together and getting physical (something that has become difficult in the waking cabin fever).
